Replacement & Return Policy

NuovaLuce devices purchased directly from www.nuovalucebeauty.com may be returned within 90 days of purchase. Eligible replacements and returns are provided at no additional cost. We can only issue refunds for products purchased directly from NuovaLuce Beauty.

If your product arrives damaged, please keep the damaged packaging and product and contact us through our Contact page within 24 hours of delivery.

Once we receive your return, please allow 2–3 business days for the refund to be processed.
